The grip is designed for easy daily use, so drivers can plug in and pull out without strain, and the mechanism is tested for more than 10,000 cycles.
Integration is straightforward. Plan a cooling flow of 1.5–3.0 L/min and a working pressure of 3.5–8 bar; a 5 m cable typically holds about 2.5 L of non-conductive silicone oil. Heat removal scales with load (about 170 W at 300 A, 255 W at 400 A, 374 W at 500 A), while typical system power remains low.
